Terms and Conditions of MESSANO Eyewear
These Terms and Conditions are acknowledged and agreed to with every MESSANO Eyewear purchase.
International purchases can be expected within 10-15 business days.
All parcels are sent via:
- Australia Post Express (Domestic)
- Australia Post Pack & Track (International)
MESSANO wants you to be happy with your purchase but we do not refund items for change of mind
If you receive a faulty product from MESSANO, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the faulty product. After a product has been worn or used, MESSANO is not responsible or liable for any damages.
MESSANO is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. Once an item is purchased through MESSANO, you accept this as a part of our terms and conditions.
MESSANO is not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalising order. Once payment has been made we do not accept cancellations or changes of orders.
If you are wanting to exchange an item, all returns must be done within 7 days of receiving the product and customers wishing to exchange items within Australia must provide a prepaid regular or express postage bag with their returned items which should be in the original packaging. MESSANO does not wear the cost for postage and if you fail to provide a prepaid postage bag with your return you will be given an in store credit for the value of the product only.
Items sold under sale my not be exchanged.
